Making major progress!

I have tried both soy and wheat since my last post. Last weekend I decided to try introducing soy. First in the form of a dried edamame snack and when that was successful, then in soy sauce form. Unintentionally, I forgot to ask for gluten free soy sauce the second time so I ended up also introducing wheat that weekend as well. I realized this a few days later and since I didn't have any issues I decided I might as well try wheat for real. I stopped at a local bakery on Wednesday and got some fresh sourdough bread that I tried after work. I may have had more bread than healthy since then but I was so happy I was able to have real bread again, which is one of my favorite things, I let myself indulge a bit 😁
